Policies
• Arrivals and check-ins Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm. Check-in before or after these times can be arranged and might incur an additional fee

• Stocking the house with food, beverages, fruits, vegetables etc. is available at an additional cost

• Payments in US dollars, Mexican pesos or US dollar checks (credit cards not accepted)

• Rentals are reserved with 50 percent down, balance 45 days prior to occupancy

• Damage and phone deposit $500.00 by separate check to be included with signed contract

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit check
